Returns You can return any garment purchased at THE CAMPAMENTO within 14 days of receipt. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must follow these steps:

– Send us an email to hello@thecampamento.com clearly indicating that you want to return the purchase.

– Send the garments, in their original packaging, plus the delivery note and the invoice to the following address: Calle Falperra, nº3 , 15005 A Coruña, Spain.

If you follow these steps, we will refund all payments received in a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision, by the same method by which you have made the payment to us (unless you indicate otherwise).

We will not accept returns of garments that have been washed and/or used in any way, or manipulated beyond a mere verification or that do not retain their original packaging.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature and characteristics.

In case of return by mistake or because you simply don’t like it, you will have to pay the shipping costs to the address indicated above. THE CAMPAMENTO is in no case responsible for the product you return if it is lost in shipping or damaged during it.

If by mistake we send you a product other than the one you requested, or the garments we send you are damaged, follow the steps above and we will send you the correct product at no additional cost. In these cases, THE CAMPAMENTO will bear the shipping costs to the address indicated above.

If you ordered the wrong size, you will have to return the order by the procedure indicated, and order a new one.

Archive Sales are final sales. No returns are allowed.

There shall be no right of withdrawal if there are any of the exceptions to the right of withdrawal established in the applicable regulations.
