Order Conditions
  • 2500 € minimum order. All prices are in Euros (€).
  • The Campamento reserves the right to cancel any reference due to minimum production reasons. Clients will be informed in due time, so that they can adjust the order.
  • The RSP (recommended sales price) must be fulfilled.
  • Our WS price is 2,5.
  • Taxes are not included.
Payment Policy
  • 30% deposit is required when order is confirmed, balance due before shipping.
  • Once we receive the prepayment in our account, your order will be fully confirmed.
  • Unpaid prepayment will automatically cancel the order.
Payment Options
  • Bank transfer to our account (administrative charges are the client’s responsibility).
  • PayPal (PayPal’s fees are the client’s responsibility).
  • Credit Card (CC’s fees are the client’s responsibility).
Cancellation Policy
  • Any cancellation of order once the production has started will not be reimbursed their deposit.
Shipping Policy
  • We will send the order with our operator. Shipping costs will be added to the total amount of the invoice.
  • If you prefer other shipping methods, please inform us.
  • The Campamento won’t be responsible for any delays in shipping, including international customs problems or any external reason to The Campamento.
Return Policy
  • Any discrepacy in quantities with packing list must be informed within 48 hours of reception of the goods.
  • Any damage occurred during transport must be informed within 24 hours of reception (for insurance purposes). We will request a photo of damaged item in order to process the issue.
  • Any damage due to a manufacture default must be informed withima month of reception of the goods. We will request a photo of the damaged item. Any return of merchandise must be pre-authorized by The Campamento.
  • All our garments are garment dye so there may be slight color differences.

Privacy Policy
  • The Campamento doesn’t share or sell any customer information.
  • All rights (including copyright) of the brand are owned by The Campamento.
  • No public display of the collection is allowed before The Campamento sends the sneak peek.
Sales / Private Sales
  • Pre-sales are not allowed.
  • Resell to another retailer is not allowed.
  • Sales are only allowed in the shop address.
  • The sales period is regulated by the sales policy of each country.
  • Mid-season promotions are not allowed during the season.
