We recently hosted our first Hiking Club gathering with some special guests: Carla and Javi from Rigido Jewelry, along with their daughter Gaia, who joined us for a Sunday morning walk in nature.
The route took us along a stretch of the Mandeo River trail, which passes close to the village of Coirós. It was the perfect choice: an easy, scenic path that allowed us to enjoy the landscape at a gentle pace, making it possible for little Gaia to come along with us.
Carla and Javi are the founders of Rigido, a contemporary jewelry brand based in A Coruña with a growing international presence. Known for their bold, sculptural designs and a philosophy that blends craftsmanship with modern aesthetics, Rigido has quickly gained recognition in the global jewelry scene.
Earlier this year, they also officially launched their creative alias, Carla et Stik, where they collaborate with other brands and oversee everything from creative direction to production, casting, styling, content curation and more.
The idea behind the Hiking Club is simple: to enjoy the outdoors with like-minded people while creating space to share ideas and experiences. With Rigido, the conversation flowed naturally as we compared approaches to business, exchanged creative visions, and shared thoughts on growth within the fashion world. Even though our products are very different, we found that many of the challenges and inspirations we face are very similar.
And of course, no gathering would be complete without sharing a meal. We wrapped up the morning with a lunch at a family-run restaurant, know for its traditional, simple, natural cuisine. The perfect way to end the afternoon.
